Ok...if you want the latest big screen technology with seats and a wait staff, go to one of the Warren Theatres in Wichita. However, to feel like you stepped back in time (including prices at the concession stand) try the Augusta Theatre. The staff are friendly and they really care about your experience. Take the 20 minute drive sometime and give it a try. What do you have to lose?
Loved this place! Talked to the owner and learned just how amazing the history is. This is an antique place that was upgraded with video capabilities so do NOT go expecting HI-FI quality sound and video.
