Last minute birthday party place since the splash pad was closed. They were very nice!
So we were just there, got seated. Had a dirty table, asked the waitress to wipe it off and she apologized then brings back two napkins and tells me to use my glass of water to wet the napkins so I can wipe the table off. Horrible service and judging by the mountains of dishes horrible food. We left I have never told a customer to wipe their table off.
Very slow service wasted my money on it
We had a baby shower in the little private room. The waitress never let us run out of ice or water, beings we bought pizza so the room was free.
Waited at the podium for 4 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. They were working but there was not busy at all. There is nothing to let the employees now that a customer has came in. This is a problem at all Pizza Huts.
