Great place to work. Just show up on time and work hard. The bosses will treat you as family and it's easy to learn as you go.
If you want a family-run store that will get you anything that you need I suggest you shop here. I live in El Dorado but I shop at the Augusta Ace Hardware. The customer service is the best and you won't find that in El Dorado or Wichita. If they adopted the contractor/ trade/ servuce person /discount one Wichita store has they would be 10 stars in my book. The managers are top of the line and their help friendly.
They are friendly and very customer oriented. It reminds me of what we have lost in our American culture with no thanks to Wal-Mart.
